
After working at the firm, first as a trainee and then as an associate, Manon Pasquier became a partner at @lex Avocats on July 1, 2024.
She is primarily active in criminal law, both in general and white-collar crime cases, and regularly participates in complex national and international proceedings, particularly those related to fraud, corruption, and money laundering schemes.
Manon Pasquier also has solid expertise in civil, contractual, and commercial litigation.
Driven by a deep instinct for defending the interests of others, she is committed to standing by her clients, both private individuals and institutions, focusing on pragmatic and effective legal solutions.
Admitted to the Geneva Bar in March 2019, Manon Pasquier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva (2015), a bilingual Master’s degree in Law from the Universities of Geneva and Basel (2017), and a Certificate of Specialization in Advocacy (2017).
Her academic background was enriched by a semester of studies at Harvard Law School, Cambridge, Massachusetts (2017), for which she was selected as part of a competitive mobility program with the University of Geneva.
