Laetitia Rienzo

Laetitia RIENZO holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (2016) and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva (2019), as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession (2019). Her academic background was enriched by a semester of studies at Humboldt University in Berlin as part of the Erasmus program.

After completing an 18-month internship at the law firm Lenz & Staehelin, Laetitia RIENZO was admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2021 with the distinction “Premier Brevet”. She subsequently worked as an associate at Mangeat Avocats Sàrl for over two years before serving as a clerk-lawyer at the Geneva Criminal Court. She joined @lex Avocats in May 2026 as an associate.

Laetitia RIENZO advises and represents clients in both litigation and advisory matters, with a primary focus on criminal law – both general and white-collar – as well as civil, contractual, and commercial law. Her experience at the Criminal Court has given her a thorough understanding of criminal proceedings and related areas essential to safeguarding the rights of individuals involved in legal proceedings, including seizure and measures.

Driven by a genuine passion for the legal profession, Laetitia RIENZO places people at the heart of her work, with particular dedication to defending individuals in vulnerable situations. She combines this human-centered approach with a pragmatic mindset grounded in rigor, precision, and efficiency.
